Beach and Sea

Mermaid Family art print

Mermaid Family coloring page printable

Hello, I have a couple of new items in my shop to tell you about. First, my Mermaid Family drawing! The most detailed drawing I've ever done, inspired by my beautiful friend and muse Elena and her little boys. They are in a coral reef sea garden surrounded by a sea kelp forest with all sorts of sea creatures! Figure drawing is my favorite thing to draw and feels most natural for me. The human form is so beautiful. I know this is a mermaid, but still. This also fulfilled a landscape (or in this case a seascape) drawing I have wanted to explore for a long time. I hope you like my Mermaid Family as much as I do! Available now in my shop as a color print and as a coloring page printable.

Also new in my shop "Where was that? Beach Matching Game" printable, a forty piece picture card matching game featuring my original drawings. It includes twenty pairs of matching 2 inches square picture cards and a cute 2 1/4 inches square and 5/8 of an inch tall box for storage. It’s great memory skills fun and it’s the perfect size to stuff in a Christmas stocking, travel with, use as party favors or give as gifts.

Belarusian Matryoshka

Belarusian Matryoshka
Happy New Year! New year, new drawing! A Belarusian Matryoshka inspired by the Belarusian people and their traditional dress! Prints and a printable file coloring sheet are now available in my etsy shop and my dot com. These shops are the most personal way to purchase my work. I print out the prints myself, sign and date them on the back, package them, and include a thank you note and other goodies with each shipment.

The printable coloring sheet is available for instant download, so it is fast and convenient. Purchase once and print out as many as you want, whenever you want. Fun for parties, students, groups of kids or adults!

Merchandise with my Belarusian Matryoshka is available in my Zazzle shop: postcards, note cards, postage stamps, tote bags, and phone cases. These have been the most popular items but Zazzle offers a multitude of products. So if there is any product that you are interested in purchasing, but don't see available, please let me know so I can make it available.

And because many of you have said you enjoy seeing my preliminary sketches. . .

You may also enjoy seeing some images of Belarusian traditional dress I found on the web and pinned here.

Again I would like to wish you a wonderful 2018. I'm excited and look forward to bringing you more drawings and designs in the coming year. Thank you for your continued interest and support!! :)

Peace,
Amy

Little Red Riding Hood Coloring Book Printable File
Also new, is my Little Red Riding Hood Coloring Book Printable file. It comes with twelve coloring pages, and a full color front and back cover. Keep the sheets loose, or staple them together with the covers to make a coloring book. There are scenes of Little Red Riding Hood and her forest friends throughout the year, the wolf dressed as Grandma, a skunk, valentines, an Easter egg, autumn leaves, gingerbread men, and snowflakes. The great thing about purchasing a printable file is you can print as many as you want, as often as you want, for just one price. They are fun and convenient for party favors or group activities. If you are, or know an adult who is, fond of coloring it's fun for adults too! If you don't already know, or haven't guessed, the Little Red Riding Hood is inspired by my daughter Tasha.

I've also improved my coloring sheet files with thinner black lines to allow for maximum coloring and greater detail. When I first designed my coloring sheets I was thinking in terms of kids coloring with crayons, and classic thick black lined coloring sheets. More and more adults are purchasing my coloring sheets for themselves and coloring with colored pencils. So I've gone through all my cultural coloring sheets and made the improvements. You can see an example above.

In other news:
I am now on Instagram! So hopefully (along with my other many locations) wherever you are on the web you can conveniently find me, follow me, and keep up with my work.

Lastly, I've updated all the cultures in my zazzle shop to now offer phone cases.
See! I told you I've been busy. :)

Peace,
Amy
