New- Peruvian and Portuguese Close-Up Matryoshka Portraits!

I always think of these two girls (Peruvian and Portuguese) as friends, neighbors, even though their countries of origin are far away. I drew them together with my Tibetan Matryoshka because I was intrigued by how similar the use of colors, embroidery, layering of clothing, is in all three cultures. The Tibetan girl rounds out the 3 musketeers. I just didn't include her here because I posted her Close-up Portrait last night. :)

Great idea Amy! Yes, I've noticed too that the traditional dress of the Andes is very similar to that of Tibet. Though I must say that I think the Peruvian girl has the cutest face : )
