Yesterday I was saying on twitter that I was between illustrations at the moment and did not really have a clue what I would be drawing next. When alyssatasker responded that I should draw "a purple meerkat". Well since my daughter loves Disney's the Lion King and purple is her favorite color and alyssatasker did ask me, I thought, "Yes! I LOVE HIM! That is so adorable, and it sounds like your daughter has great taste in movies. I was just telling my love the other day that I think The Lion King is one of the best Disney movies ever made.
