Dutch Girl Matryoshka!

This is my latest illustration, my Dutch Girl Matryoshka! I think she and my Polish Girl Matryoshka would make a nice set displayed together. My mother visited Holland as a child and has always talked about how beautiful it was. Recently Risa of restlessrisa suggested I draw a Dutch doll. Thank you for the suggestion Risa! Please keep the suggestions coming! :)

Amy,

How absolutely perfect and adorable! I LOVE her! Thank you for creating her :) I am 1/4 Dutch. We do Christmas around the world with our kids every December. We have Sinter klaas night on Dec 5. My dad comes and tells my kids the stories his dad told him about Christmas as a child in Holland. I am thinking we are going to invite some of our friends with Dutch heritage. I will probably use this for the invitation! SO ADORABLE!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

I was up for hours last night making a fabric babushka banner for my daughter's room. I will have to show you. Mine is not nearly as detailed as your darling girls, but still so fun!

Thanks again!

I have already listed the 8.5"x11" matryoshka print and and the Close-Up 8.5"x11" print. I will be listing the other smaller sizes I offer as well as the magnets over the next couple of days. Just let me know if you would like me to up the quantity of any of them to use as invitations. Happy Sinter Klaas! :)
